The chemical name of product ZC6480 is aromatic polyurethane acrylate, which is a colorless or yellowish transparent liquid. Customers mainly do PVC plastic LED. It is characterized by fast drying speed, good scratch resistance and easy extinction. It is mainly used for matte system, PVC and SPC coating,Polyester acrylic resin,Add anhydride, acrylic acid, polymerization inhibitor and catalyst into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, raise the temperature to 110 ℃, react for 5-6 hours, and detect the acid value until the acid value is less than 5. The viscosity of polyester acrylic resin was measured by sampling, and the performance of polyester acrylic resin was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiator.The molecule of polyurethane acrylate (PUA) contains acrylic functional groups and carbamate bonds. The cured adhesive has the high wear resistance, adhesion, flexibility, high peel strength, excellent low temperature resistance of polyurethane and the excellent optical properties and weather resistance of polyacrylate. It is a radiation curing material with excellent comprehensive properties.
Storage Conditions
